• The Republic of Angola the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of TERTIARY EDUCATION, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY PROJECT (TEST), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of the Fiber Optic Network for the Eleven (11) Last-mile Higher Education Institutions, Connectivity Between the Points of Presence (POPS) and Connection to the Regional Network (IXP).
