• The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan has received for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Azerbaijan Scaling-Up Renewable Energy Project (AZURE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of 330 kV single-circuit OHL
• Construction of 330 kV double-circuit Navahi SS OHL- Alat FEZ SS – 22.58 km
• Construction of 330 kV single-circuit Navahi SS- Gobustan WPP OHL-63 km
• Construction of 330 kV single-circuit Gobustan WPP - Gobu ES OHL-20.3 km
2. The Azerenerji JSC now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of HV OHL 330 kV double-circuit OHL connecting Navahi SS with Alat FEZ SS – 22.58 km; Navahi SS with Gobustan WPP OHL-63 km and Gobustan WPP with Gobu ES OHL-20.3 km total construction period being 730 days. Margin of Domestic preference shall not apply. The qualification requirements are:
a)The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as USD 5 million for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder’s other commitments
b)Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 36 million, calculated as total certified payments received for...
