Assignment Title : Conducting the Mid-Term Review of Learning Acceleration in Secondary Education (LAISE) Project

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Technical Assistance Facility under the Learning Acceleration in Secondary Education (LAISE) Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting the review of the LAISE operation as part of the operation’s Mid-Term Review (MTR) to assess implementation progress, performance, and results achieved under both the Program-for-Results (PforR) and Investment Project Financing (IPF) components, and to provide actionable recommendations for the remainder of the implementation period. The Services also include supporting DSHE/LAISE PIU in revising the Development Project Proposal (DPP) in alignment with the recommendations arising from the MTR.
