Les services comprennent l’élaboration d’une stratégie d’intervention (Tranche ferme du marché), la conception et le suivi de l’exécution des travaux du projet précité (Tranches conditionnelles) | Les honoraires de la tranche ferme font l’objet d’une offre de prix forfaitaire par le soumissionnaire. Le montant devra être compris entre 40.000 et 50.000 € HTVA | Les honoraires des tranches conditionnels sont calculés sur base d'un pourcentage forfaitaire du montant total des travaux (décompte final). Pour les travaux de rénovation le taux d’honoraire est fixé à 12,00%. Pour les travaux de construction neuve et d’aménagement des abords, le taux d’honoraire est fixé à 9,50%. Le budget des travaux (TVA et honoraires non compris) est estimé à ce jour à : 3.000.000,00 EUR pour l’implantation de Surlemez et 4.280.000,00€ EUR pour l’implantation de Waret-l’Evêque.
