Stad Dendermonde zet sterk in op vernieuwing, efficiëntie en duurzaam beheer van sportinfrastructuur. In dit kader wordt bewust gekozen om over te stappen van traditioneel maaien naar het gebruik van grasrobots. Deze technologie verhoogt de kwaliteit en uniformiteit van het gras, vermindert de operationele werkdruk en draagt bij aan een efficiënter en milieuvriendelijker beheer van sportterreinen. De opdracht omvat een raamovereenkomst waarbinnen de levering, installatie en indienststelling van professionele grasrobots voor diverse sportterreinen binnen de stad Dendermonde zijn vervat. De aankoop gebeurt deels door het Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf (AGB) en deels door sportclubs die eigenaar zijn van hun terreinen of deze in beheer hebben. De inschrijver houdt rekening met deze gespreide aankoopstructuur en voorziet prijzen per afzonderlijke robotinstallatie. Naast aankoop vraagt de aanbestedende overheid ook prijzen voor huurformules, bedoeld voor terreinen waarvan de gebruiksduur beperkt is. De inschrijver biedt hiervoor transparante en vergelijkbare huurprijzen per robot, per jaar, inclusief alle noodzakelijke diensten. Voor elke aankoop of huurinstallatie voorziet de inschrijver aanvullend in: · een opleiding per club, · een onderhoudscontract voor elke geleverde robot, · een overzicht van alle jaarlijkse abonnementskosten (GPS, software, app, fleetbeheer, …). Daarnaast geeft de inschrijver een prijs per robot voor een jaarvoorraad maaimesjes, inclusief een realistische inschatting van het aantal mesjes dat als jaarverbruik wordt beschouwd.
