Deze openbare aanbesteding betreft de aanstelling van een reisbureau dat diensten aanbiedt met betrekking tot de reservering en afgifte van vervoersbewijzen voor reizen naar het buitenland. De aanbesteding heeft betrekking op reizen naar het buitenland: - door personeelsleden van de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking; - door de minister van Buitenlandse Zaken en de leden van zijn Strategische Cel; - door externe personen die opdrachten uitvoeren voor rekening van de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken. De overheidsopdracht bestaat uit twee luiken: 1. eigenlijke diensten van reisbureaus: ondersteuning voor personen die tickets boeken binnen de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken, zoeken naar reisroutes, reserveringen en uitgifte van tickets, bijstand aan passagiers en aanvullende diensten (bagage, zitplaatsen, enz.); 2. het ter beschikking stellen van een elektronisch platform voor de raadpleging van het aanbod van de luchtvaartsector (met inbegrip van de lowcostmaatschappijen) en de spoorwegsector (op internationaal niveau) door de personeelsleden van de FOD Buitenlandse Zaken.
