PRICE REGISTRATION - HIRING OF AN ARCHITECTURE AND/OR ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF BASIC AND EXECUTIVE PROJECTS (ON A BIM PLATFORM), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDINGS, EXPANSIONS AND/OR RENOVATIONS AND SQUARES, TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PORTO BELO, according to the specifications contained in the Terms of Reference (Annex I). Items: PHYSICAL SURVEY OF EXISTING BUILDINGS, INCLUDING EQUIPMENT, TRAVEL AND OPERATIONAL COSTS; Topographic survey, including equipment, travel, and operational costs; Drilling service, including equipment, travel, and operational costs; Percolation test for sizing soakaways, infiltration trenches, and similar structures, including equipment, travel, and operational costs; Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV); Environmental Impact Study (EIA); Traffic Generation Study; Project Management and Coordination; Inspection Reports, including travel and operational costs; ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT FOR THE RENOVATION AND/OR EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING, INCLUDING A DESCRIPTIVE MEMORIAL. DELIVERY IN 3 STAGES (PRELIMINARY PROJECT, BASIC PROJECT AND EXECUTIVE PROJECT) - INCLUDE AT LEAST 2 SIMPLE IMAGES OF THE VOLUME IN EACH STAGE, IF REQUESTED.
