The purpose of this bidding process is to select the most advantageous proposal, submitted by a legal entity and/or individual, for the granting of a temporary and onerous concession for the use of public spaces in kiosks located on the beachfront of Bosque Beach, Centro Beach, São Pedro Square, Cemitério Beach, Ponte de Madeira, Beira Rio – Nova Esperança, Iriry Lagoon, and the Novo Rio das Ostras extension, for the purpose of carrying out economic activity, in compliance with a court decision.

The purpose of this bidding process is to select the most advantageous proposal, submitted by a Legal Entity and/or Individual, for the execution of a contract for the Permission to Use Public Spaces of the Kiosks located on the Bosque Beachfront, Centro Beach, São Pedro Square, Cemitério Beach, Ponte de Madeira, Beira Rio – Nova Esperança, Iriry Lagoon and Novo Rio das Ostras Extension, on a precarious and onerous basis, for the purpose of exploiting economic activity, in compliance with a court decision. In case of discrepancy between the specification contained in the Bidding Document and in this Compras.gov.br system, the one described in the Bidding Document shall prevail, meeting the characteristics, quantities and specifications contained in the Terms of Reference and Price Proposal. Regarding the Judgment criterion, the "Highest Offer" shall always be considered. The information Lowest Price/Highest Discount is only included due to limitations of the ComprasGov System.
