Generell ist die Gebäudehülle, die technischen Anlagen und Teile der Innenbereiche zu erneuern. Das gleiche gilt für die Werkstattgebäude HB und HD. Die Sanitärerschliessung ist verkalkt/oxydiert und fördert via Ringsystem überall trübes Wasser. Die Druckluftanlage ist für heutige Nutzung überdimensioniert und hat hohe Verluste.
