Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Modernizace traťového úseku Hradec Králové (mimo) – Týniště nad Orlicí (mimo) – Infrastruktura“ (dále jen „Infrastruktura“). Základní předmět Díla pro část Infrastruktura je definován seznamem objektů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze 7.1.1. Zvláštních technických podmínek (Díl 2, Část 8 Zadávací dokumentace). Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
