Danmarks Nationalbank (Nationalbanken) er Danmarks centralbank og er en selvejende uafhængig institution etableret ved lov. Det nuværende lovgrundlag er Lov om Danmarks Nationalbank fra 1936. Nationalbanken er i Nationalbankens overenskomst med Nationalbankens Personaleforening forpligtet til at tegne en tandforsikring på vilkår mindst svarende til de vilkår der fremgår af Finanssektoren aftale om tandforsikring. Nationalbankens eksisterende tandforsikring udløber med udgangen af 2026, hvorfor dette udbud har til hensigt som minimum at sikre fortsat tandforsikring på de opdaterede vilkår, der fremgår af Finanssektorens aftale om tandforsikring, jf. også Bilag 2 (STOK om tandforsikring).
