The National ID Program, through Digital ID for Inclusion and Services Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Office Renovation of NIDP located at the INSA building and Ethio Post Office HQ . The construction works expected to be completed within Six months after contract signing with the successful contractor in the year 2026 . No margin of preference is applicable for this bid Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 6th edition February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
