• The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital ID for Inclusion and Services Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Office Renovation for NIDP.
• The National ID Program, through Digital ID for Inclusion and Services Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Office Renovation of NIDP located at the INSA building and Ethio Post Office HQ. The construction works expected to be completed within Six months after contract signing with the successful contractor in the year 2026. No margin of preference is applicable for this bid
• Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 6th edition February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60 % for Technical and for Bid cost: 40 %.
