Usluge nadzora u okviru ovog ugovora obuhvaćaju usluge stručnog nadzora (u smislu Zakona o gradnji (NN 155/2025), Zakona o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) te uslugu koordinatora zaštite na radu u smislu Zakona o zaštiti na radu (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18) te pripadajućih pravilnika i podzakonskih propisa.
