1. The Government of India has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Multi Sectoral Project for Adolescent Wellbeing, Empowerment and Resilience (MPOWER) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Hiring of an agency for the implementation and management of the Meghalaya I-learning project under the MPOWER project (Livestream & Studio).

2. Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) now invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for Hiring of an agency for the implementation and management of the Meghalaya I-learning project under the MPOWER project. The scope of the Non-Consulting Services includes the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, management, and maintenance of smart classroom infrastructure, digital teaching and learning systems, network connectivity, technical support, teacher assistance, helpdesk services, capacity building, and project management across approximately 700 government schools and 65 CMYCs located throughout the State of Meghalaya.
