L’appalto relativo ai servizi di ristorazione scolastica è regolamentato dall’art. 130 del D.lgs. 36/2023 (di seguito anche Codice) e prevede espressamente che l’appalto sia aggiudicato secondo quanto disposto dall'articolo 108, comma 2 lett. a) del Codice, e che la valutazione dell'offerta tecnica tenga conto degli aspetti previsti dall’art. 130 comma 1 del Codice.
