The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MoPIC) of Jordan has received financing from the Grant Facility Trust Fund (GFPP) which are administered by World Bank toward the cost of the Supporting the preparation of Jordan Health Sector Reform Program\GFPP, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Integrated Strategic and Operational Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Information System for the Ministry of Health.
MoPIC now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for the design, development, configuration, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and operational support of a web-based Monitoring and Evaluation Information System for the Ministry of Health. The system will support the monitoring of the Ministry of Health Strategic Plan, related programs and projects, the Health Sector Reform Program indicators, including the ten World Bank Disbursement-Linked Indicators, and activities financed under the Global Financing Facility Project Preparation Grant. The system shall be implemented at the Ministry of Health in Amman, Jordan, and hosted within the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship hosting environment. The implementation, testing, training, and operational acceptance of the system shall be completed no later than January 2027.
