The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee on behalf of Climate Resilience Multiphase Programmatic Approach now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of: Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance of Upgraded Network Security, Switching, WiFi, and Structured Cabling Systems for the Department of Meteorology. Implementation period: Three months. Warranty, Support and Maintenance: Period: 5 years. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidder must meet the following minimum qualification criteria: (i) General Experience: The Bidder shall have at least five (5) years of experience in the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions of similar nature and complexity, including at least network switching, firewall/security systems, wireless network infrastructure, structured cabling, or WAN / Internet connectivity solutions, completed satisfactorily prior to the bid submission deadline.
