• Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition. dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders.
