Dit betreft de Europese openbare aanbesteding voor doorontwikkeling en hosting en technisch beheer inclusief onderhoud van Peridos, het informatiesysteem voor de prenatale screening. De opdracht is geraamd op basis van twee onderdelen van de opdracht, namelijk: Periodieke vergoeding Hosting, Technisch beheer inclusief Onderhoud (€350.000-€550.000) en Doorontwikkeling (€10.000.000-€30.000.000). Voor de elementen Hosting en Technisch beheer inckusief Onderhoud geldt dat sprake is van een dienstverleningsovereenkomst. Voor Doorontwikkeling geldt dat de Overeenkomst het karakter heeft van een raamovereenkomst.
