• Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website.
• The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the website: https://pulse.gop.pk/.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours October 22, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
