The Palestine Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Advancing Sustainability in Performance, Infrastructure, And Reliability of Energy Sector in The West Bank and Gaza (ASPIREIII) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include to conduct Consultancy Services for the Assessment and Development of an Electric Mobility Transition Framework for Palestine, with 6 months implementation period.
