Revised- Security Guarding Services and Alarm Monitoring

This procurement seeks to engage a suitable and qualified service provider to deliver professional Security Officer and Alarm Monitoring services across designated NDIA National sites. The implementation of Security Officers represents a critical step to enhance the safety, wellbeing, and operational resilience of the NDIA. This initiative is guided by a comprehensive set of procedures and collaborative practices designed to support NDIS participants, NDIA staff, and site visitors. Security officers will play a key role in de-escalation, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and ensuring respectful engagement across the NDIA service delivery network.
