Vor fi prestate următoarele tipuri de servicii: • A. Servicii de reparare și întreținere hardware şi software a echipamentelor IT - 48 luni; • B. Servicii de asistenţă tehnică (informatică) hardware şi software de tip proactiv – 400 zile/om; • C. Servicii de asistenţă tehnică (informatică) hardware şi software la cerere – 3.503 zile/om.
