Mentenanta preventiva (MP): • RTM 110: 1 sesiune MP / an x 52 monitoare x 4 ani = 208 sesiuni MP RTM110; • RTM 440: 1 sesiune MP / an x 13 monitoare x 4 ani = 52 sesiuni MP RTM440; • RTM 640 lnc: 1 sesiune MP / an x 2 monitoare x 4 ani = 8 sesiuni MP RTM640lnc; • RTM 750: 1 sesiune MP / an x 2 monitoare x 4 ani = 8 sesiuni MP RTM750; • RTM 860: 1 sesiune MP / an x 14 monitoare x 4 ani = 56 sesiuni MP RTM860. B. Mentenanta corectiva: B1. manopera mentenanta corectiva in timpul programului normal de lucru: estimare 7.120 ore; B2. manopera mentenanta corectiva in zile de weekend si sarbatori legale (cu exceptia zilelor de Craciun - 25 Decembrie, Revelion - 1 Ianuarie si Paste), in perioada opririlor planificate si neplanificate (outage): estimare 3.560 ore; B3. lot de piese de schimb, utilizate in cadrul mentenantei corective: 1 lot, in valoare estimata de 650.000 Euro fara TVA; B4. servicii de reparare la producator a detectorilor RGZ 270 Y, RGZ 270 YG, RGZ 1100 ZY; B5. platforma software pentru integrarea si gestionarea RFID personal, pentru monitoarele de tip RTM 110 (52 buc) si RTM 860 (14 buc). C. Instruire personal CNE Cernavoda: se va efectua la sediul CNE Cernavoda a Achizitorului, de catre specialisti ai fabricantului. Pe toata durata contractului poate fi efectuata o sesiune de pregatire, cu o durata de cel putin 4 zile lucratoare si un numar de persoane instruite de cel putin 10. Decontarea serviciilor de mentenanta preventiva se va face in baza pretului unitar ofertat per monitor pentru controlul contaminarii, corespunzator fiecaruia din cele 4 (patru) loturi si a numarului efectiv de monitoare (echipamente) pentru care au fost executate integral activitatile. Decontarea serviciilor de mentenanta corectiva va fi realizata pe baza pretului orar pentru manopera mentenantei corective si a preturilor unitare ale pieselor de schimb ofertate.
