• The Government of the Republic of Rwanda (GoR) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Commercialization and De-risking for Agricultural Transformation Project (CDAT) which Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD is implementing the Project on the behalf of the GoR. BRD intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of three (3) interactive smart screens.

• The Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) Plc now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of three (3) interactive smart screen at BRD Head office.

• Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF borrowers, seventh Edition, September 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.

• Interested eligible bidders may be obtained further information procurement@brd.rw and inspect the bidding document starting from 14th October 2026 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) at BRD headquarters – Kigali City, Nyarugenge District, Nyarugenge Sector, Kiyovu Cell, KN34st, No17 upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4414310784 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc
