France – Repair and maintenance services of measuring, testing and checking apparatus – Prestations de services de maintenance/qualification du parc d'appareils de chromatographie et de spectrométrie des laboratoires de l'Anses - Lots 1 à 7

The purpose of this contract is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for AGILENT brand gas and liquid chromatography equipment and to qualify certain instruments. Details of the services and the list of equipment are described in the Technical Specifications and appendices. This is a "composite contract" executed at mixed prices, comprising: - A standard contract for preventive and corrective maintenance services, executed at a fixed, lump-sum price; - A framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance services outside of a fixed-price framework, executed by issuing purchase orders (based on prior quotes) at unit prices that define all contractual stipulations and concluded, without a minimum amount, with a single economic operator (see Articles R2162-12 and R2162-13 of the French Public Procurement Code). The maximum amount of the framework agreement for Lot 1 is €90,000 excluding VAT. The contract prices are fixed, unit-based, and subject to revision. The contract includes a base offer and a mandatory variant initiated by the buyer regarding the contract duration: Base offer: the contract duration is 12 months, expressly renewable three times for 12 months; Mandatory variant: the contract duration is 48 months. Bidders must submit a mandatory variant in addition to the base offer.
