Країною походження Товару, який буде поставлятися, не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
Закупівля проводиться із застосуванням нульової ставки ПДВ, відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 № 178 «Деякі питання обкладання податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану».
Постачальник надає Товар, відповідно талонів отриманих Замовником, на автозаправних станціях на території м. Кривого Рогу, Дніпропетровської області та в кожній області України (крім окупованих територій) з цілодобовим режимом відпуску палива, без обмежень кількості.
Строк поставки товару – з дати укладання договору до 30.11.2026 року.
Придбання Товару здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції, наданої Головному управлінню Національної поліції в Дніпропетровській області відповідно до рішення виконавчого комітету Криворізької міської ради від 28.01.2026 № 180 (зі змінами, внесеними рішеннями виконавчого комітету Криворізької міської ради від 13.03.2026 № 361 та від 03.09.2026 № 1201) на виконання заходів Програми громадського порядку та громадської безпеки в Криворізькій міській територіальній громаді на період до 2028 року, затвердженої рішенням сесії Криворізької міської ради від 27.01.2016 № 209 (зі змінами, внесеними рішенням сесії Криворізької міської ради від 31.08.2026 № 4764-LXXVIII/VIII).
