10 AUGUST 2026 -- UPDATE

The purpose of this update is to publish an expanded Government Q&A Matrix.

The Government received a set of timely questions from an interested vendor that were not initially received due to technical email transmission issues. To ensure total transparency and a fair, competitive environment, the Government has answered these additional 14 questions and merged them into the official Q&A record.


New Attachment: "Q&A Matrix - FINAL 2.0" is now uploaded, containing a total of 115 official Government responses 



Solicitation Status Unchanged: This is an administrative update only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation amendment.


No Deadline Extension: The quotation submission deadline remains unchanged and is firmly set for 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.


All Other Terms Unchanged: All other terms, conditions, provisions, and attachments (including the amended PWS and Pricing Worksheet issued under Amendment 0001) remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 of this solicitation is to extend the quotation deadline, publish the official Government Q&A Matrix, and issue updated solicitation attachments based on industry feedback.

1. DEADLINE EXTENSION
The deadline for receipt of quotations is hereby extended. All final quotations are now due no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.

2. POINT OF CONTACT CORRECTION
Please note that the Contracting Officer’s email address contained a typographical error in the original posting. The correct submission address for all quotations is biannica.glay@us.af.mil.

3. UPDATED ATTACHMENTS
The following updated documents are attached to this amendment. Offerors must utilize these amended documents for their final submissions:
