6 August 2026 - Call for Solutions (CFS)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Army Records Management Directorate (ARMD), is seeking innovative commercial solutions for a modern, secure Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Enterprise Capability Platform: Case Management and End-to-End Workflow.

The CFS PDF document and its associated attachments outline the problem statement, required technical attributes, step-by-step submission instructions, and evaluation criteria.

Phase 1 (Solution Brief) submission deadline is 13 August 2026 at 1500 EST. At this time, no questions and answers are anticipated.

This Call for Solutions is issued in accordance with the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) peer-reviewed procedures under Solicitation Number "W9128Z-25-S-A002". Please review the primary AOS posting and its associated baseline attachments for further information on how the overarching Army Open Solicitation structure operates.
