This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00091 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a LIFEPAK 35/35e Monitor/Defibrillator System fully configured with advanced monitoring capabilities including 12-lead ECG, SpO2, ETCO2, pacing, AED/manual defibrillation, wireless connectivity, accessories, batteries, training materials, and warranty information for the Taos-Picuris Service Unit (TPSU) located in Taos, NM.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
