Any question submitted must be tied to an answer provided in the attachment. The proposal due date will remain unchanged but the government will continue to monitor the need to extend.

It was brought to the government's attention that previous solicitation amendments cannot be accessed. They now have been activated and are accessible.

The government will continue to evaluate the need to extend the proposal deadline based on the time required to answer all questions and supply those answers to industry.
