The Government of Montenegro has received financing in the total amount of USD 15,000,000.00 (equivalent) from the World Bank, toward the costs of the “Western Balkans Trade and Transport Facilitation Phase 2” (TTFP). Ministry of Transport (MoT) is the umbrella ministry under which the transport sector falls and will serve as the lead implementing body for the project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan towards payment for Consulting services under the Contract Ref. No: MNE-WBTTFP-94710-DQCBS-25-2.1.6 Consulting Services for Project Supervision National Port Community System (PCS).

The Ministry of Transport (the Client) and Ministry of Maritime Affairs (the Beneficiary) are seeking a highly qualified consulting firm with maritime supply chain experience, Port Community System project design and implementation management expertise or Port Community System project supervision,to: i) provide technical advisory support to the Client during the selection and contracting of the supplier of the National Port Community System (the PCS Supplier); and (ii) supervise, on behalf of the Client, the performance of the PCS Supplier Contract for the design, supply, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, Operational Acceptance and hand-over of the National PCS Phase 1 focused on the Port of Bar community, including warranty and technical support services of the PCS Supplier
