REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Country: Republic of Tajikistan Project: One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia Grant No.: E452-TJ  Assignment Title: Consulting services for the capacity building of inspectors of the Committee on Food Security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on international standards and inspection procedures Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): OHP/CS/CQS-2026/11 1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: - At least 5 years of experience in food safety, veterinary inspection, public health, agriculture, or related fields; Experience in at least one similar assignment related to food safety inspections, veterinary inspection and audit procedures or training and capacity building acitivities; - Knowledge of international standards and guidelines, including GlobalG.A.P., ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 17025, Good Veterinary Practice (GVP)and Codex Alimentarius; - Experience in developing and conducting training programs for government institutions or civil society organizations; - Experience in...
