• The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP)
• and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design, Supply, Installations and commissioning of the et.ccTLD Registry System
• The Ministry of Innovation and Technology, Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP)now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Bidders for Design, Supply, Installations and commissioning of the et.ccTLD Registry System
• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 6th Edition, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Innovation and 5. Technology (MInT), Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project (EARDIP)
• procurement @mintprojects.gov.et and inspect the RFB document during office hours from 8:30 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 17:00 local time from Mondays to Thursdays; and 08:30 to 11:30 and 13:30 - 17:00 on Fridays before the deadline date and time at the address given below
