The consulting services (“the Services”) comprise the development of a costed roadmap enabling Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to operationalize a CITES-compliant Non-Detriment Finding for Queen Conch, including the design and delivery of a study tour for national stakeholders to observe how Non-Detriment Finding systems are designed and implemented.
