1. The Republic of North Macedonia has received a grant from the World Bank, acting as trustee of the Grant Facility for Project Preparation (GFPP), for the preparation of the above-mentioned project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for the procurement of a vehicle.

2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, through the Project Implementation Unit (the “Purchaser”), invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit a quotation for the procurement and delivery of one (1) new SUV/Crossover vehicle, including all mandatory equipment. The vehicle must be factory-new, unused, previously unregistered, manufactured in 2026 or later and compliant with the technical specifications in Annex 4 to the RFQ. Delivery shall be made to the Public Enterprise for Water Management Activities “Hydrosystem Zletovica” - Probishtip, at a location designated by the Purchaser, within a maximum of 20 calendar days from contract signing. The procurement is a single indivisible package; partial quotations will not be considered.

3. Procurement will be conducted using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method with an open national market approach, in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Seventh Edition, September 2025.
