Specific Procurement Notice   Request for Bids Works (Two-envelope Bidding Process Without Prequalification) Employer: Ministry of Communication and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Project: Sava and Drina Rivers Corridors Integrated Development Program (SDIP) Contract title: The demining works at 73 locations in the right bank of the Sava River, LOT 2: Gradiška – Srbac Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Grant No.: TF0C4642 RFB No: BA-SDIP-MOCT-W-RFB-25.1.2.6.   The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sava and Drina Rivers Corridors Integrated Development Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for works on “The demining works at 73 locations in the right bank of the Sava River, LOT 2: Gradiška – Srbac ”. Ministry of Communication and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for “The demining works at 73 locations in the right bank of the Sava River, LOT 2: Gradiška – Srbac”, construction period 18 months, location Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” November, 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 60% and for Bid cost: 40%.
