Conditions that public data sources attach to onward use of their data. They apply when you reuse, export or redistribute data from GlobalGov. The original publication on the issuing authority's platform always prevails.
These conditions form part of our Terms of Service. Where a source licenses its data to you under an open licence (for example CC BY, OGL or ODbL), that licence governs that data. Where a source is marked "view and use within GlobalGov only", you may use its data inside the Service but may not copy it out, redistribute or republish it.
