• The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Second Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Poultry Equipment and Forage Processing Plant and Equipment.

• Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers July 2016, revised November 2025 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation.
