• Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers July 2016, revised November 2025 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Executive Block A, 2nd Floor, or RLLP-II project office Block B, 2nd floor and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00AM to 12:00 A.M and 2:00PM to 5:00 P.M at the address given bellow.
