REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) – NON-CONSULTING SERVICES Project: Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU) IDA Credit No.: 71720-UZ In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 30, 2023 No. PQ-106, and within the framework of the implementation of the Clean Energy for Buildings in Uzbekistan (CEBU) Project financed by the World Bank, the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan invites eligible bidders to submit quotations for the provision of the following services: Procurement Reference: CEBU/RFQ/30 Title: Technical inspection of structural elements of public buildings (Stage-1). Preliminary inspection of 13 buildings in Surkhandarya region, Uzbekistan. Scope of Services Description of Services Unit Quantity Conditions of Performance Technical inspection of structural elements of buildings (Stage 1), Surkhandarya Region service 1 Republic of Uzbekistan, Surkhandarya  Region. Completion period: 45 calendar days   The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2020, updated September 2023 and September 2025). To obtain the electronic version of the RFQ document (CEBU/RFQ/30), eligible bidders shall submit a written request to the address below, the bidding document will be sent electronically.
