The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: The consulting firm shall be legally registered in the Republic of Tajikistan and authorized to provide consulting services; The consulting firm shall have at least five (5) years of experience in providing consulting services in public health or infection prevention and control (IPC), epidemiology, health policy, or other closely related fields; During the last five (5) years, the consulting firm shall have successfully completed at least two (2) similar assignments related to one or more of the following areas: development of national health strategies, action plans or operational plans, IPC, Healthcare-Associated Infection surveillance, AMR, public health...
