The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: The consulting firm should have at least 5 years of institutional experience providing consulting services in the following areas: public health policy and regulatory reform; or antimicrobial use and stewardship, or veterinary/animal health regulatory reform; Experience working with the MOHSPP or CFS is mandatory.
