The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is in the acquisition planning phase for the next generation Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP) contract. The current third generation (ADDP3) contract expires on April 30, 2029. This announcement is intended to provide interested parties with information on the anticipated procurement.

18 Nov 2026: FINAL RFP & DRAFT Manuals/Contract Data Requirements List issued

19 Jan 2027: Proposals due

20 Jan 2028: Contract Award
