NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Squadron (AFTC/PZIOA), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract to Renal Care Group of the Southeast, Inc., 1305 W. Moreno St., Pensacola, FL 32501-2320 (CAGE: 60UD4, UEI: GKPSLSNDEGK6) for Acute Hemodialysis Treatments and Dialysis Equipment Maintenance in support of Eglin AFB Hospital. Services include acute hemodialysis treatments, maintenance/sterilization of dialysis equipment, and provision of a qualified nurse or technician available 24/7 with a two-hour response requirement.

This action will be awarded under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), supported by an approved single source justification. The NAICS code is 621492 with a $47.0M small business size standard. The requirement consists of one base year and two option ordering periods. Anticipated award date is 1 October 2025.
