The Corrigendum is issued to inform all the prospective bidders that the above-referenced bid submission which was suspended due to issues in Suit No. FHC/KN/CS/214/2026 ASSOCIATION OF METER MANUFACTURERS OF NIGERIA Versus. TCN & four (4) Others have now been amicably resolved as the ASSOCIATION OF METER MANUFACTURES OF NIGERIA (the petitioner) has issued a formal Notice of Discontinuance on the Suit. Accordingly, no further delay is expected on this procurement process, and the bid submission date is hereby extended for the last time from 23rd July 2026 to 13th August 2026 by 12.00pm Nigerian Local time.
