PHASE 2: AFFERMAGE CONTRACT FOR CAPACITY BUILDING, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CABINDA PROVINCIAL WATER AND SANITATION UTILITY (Empresa Pública de Águas e Saneamento de Cabinda-EP - EPAS CABINDA will be subject to the terms stated in this Procurement Notice and Bid Document.
