The consulting services (“the Services”) aim to provide a detailed analysis of the technical, economic, financial, legal, social, and environmental viability of implementing the project. The goal is to ensure the infrastructure's success, sustainability, and resilience to climate change, while maximizing economic benefits for the local and national economy.
