SELECTIEFASE : Deze opdracht betreft de voorbereiding, ontwikkeling, planning en uitvoering van een campagne die de campagne “Spreek erover” voortzet. Deze campagne heeft als doel om het taboe rond geestelijke gezondheidszorg te doorbreken (dat psychologische zorg niet enkel is voor mensen met “grote mentale problemen”, dat mensen niet zelf hun psychische problemen moeten oplossen), om te informeren over de efficiëntie van groepssessies en gemeenschapsgerichte sessies, om te informeren over het aanbod aan terugbetaalde eerstelijnspsychologische zorg en om specifieke doelgroepen aan te moedigen om over hun psychologische problemen te spreken met een geconventioneerde klinisch psycholoog en/of orthopedagoog. Om redenen van veiligheid en vertrouwelijkheid worden de volledige technische specificaties van deze opdracht opgenomen in het bestek dat aan het eind van de selectiefase aan de geselecteerde kandidaten zal worden toegezonden.
