Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met meerdere deelnemers voor het leveren van brandstoffen voor bedrijfsvoertuigen met tankkaarten. Omdat alle voorwaarden zijn bepaald in dit bestek, zullen de deelnemers achteraf niet opnieuw in mededinging worden gebracht. De tankkaarten zullen toegewezen worden in functie van de hoogste korting en de bereikbaarheid van het tankstation vanaf de woonplaats en de werkronde van de medewerker. De raamovereenkomst zal worden gesloten met minimaal 2 opdrachtnemers, voor zover er voldoende geldige offertes zijn. De raamovereenkomst heeft een duurtijd van vier (4) jaar.
